Bid Management / -Support
The positions I held within SITA as respectively Site Manager and Territory Manager I many times dealth with Bid Support.
My responsibility within the Bid Team was calculating the operational part of a business case to secure that operational wise the proposal matches seamless what was requested in a tender.
Operational wise means the number of people within a roster that are needed to keep the operation running with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support conform the requested SLA, the number of needed spares and negotiations with 3rd party providers for the delivery of services against a concurrent price.
A number of succesfull Bids that I worked on during my time with SITA are 2x Schiphol Airport CLUB (CUTE Local User Board), Copenhagen Airport and Sweden/ Norway CLUB with 9 airports.
